If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday then this is it! The Villa Tranquila apartments are set on the top level of a luxury villa and are not overlooked. You can enjoy the full use of the large private gardens and pool. Perfect for those who have a hectic life and want to truly unwind, read a book, laze in the pool or enjoy a relaxed lunch on the terrace. Peace and quiet are the by-words here so this location would ideally suit two couples or a family looking for a peaceful retreat. The apartment has its own private entrance leading in to the hallway. The large living and dining room is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The open-plan design includes the compact but well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing that special lunch to share on the adjacent terrace.There are two, good sized double bedrooms each of which has its own balcony with views across the remote-controlled air conditioning unit is carefully sited in the hallway and serves to cool the whole apartment. There are two separate bath and shower rooms. The villa is located in the prestigious 'La Capellania' area just outside the old white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo with its cobbled streets adorned with colourful flowers and leading to the Plaza de España with its many restaurants,cafés and bars.

From here you can take a gentle stroll to the church square - don't forget your camera - the views are amazing! The shops include local craft centres displaying ceramics and handicrafts. Villa Tranquila is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of southern Spain including historic Ronda, the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the beautiful lakes at El Chorro and of course, the beautiful city of Malaga with its ancient castle and cathedral. Closer to hand is the shopping centre (about 10 minutes walk) with a Carrefour supermarket selling a superb range of products including fresh meat and fish, Italian restaurant, tapas bar/ café, laundry, superb Indian restaurant and the Punto Rojo bar and restaurant where you can relax with a glass of chilled Rioja or share a freshly prepared paella. Arrive by private taxi or in your car (plenty of parking space)and you are ready to start to relax. As the automatic gates close you are welcomed into the mature gardens with beautiful plants and trees. You will want to return time and again.

Arrive by air into Malaga International airport which enjoys excellent services both scheduled and charter by most of the European carriers. When you arrive we can have our reserved taxi or minibus service waiting for you to take you directly to the villa

All rates are in Euros.

Reservation deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
