The Miraflores IV bungalow is situated in the popular beach resort of Playa Flamenca with two lovely pools and well kept gardens. Miraflores IV is a few minutes walk away from a large supermarket, the sandy beach of Playa Flamenca and the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre. Playa Flamenca is ideal for all types of holidaymakers. It caters for a fun-filled family holiday, a beach holiday or a golfing holiday.

With plenty of entertainment around this will be a rewarding and relaxing holiday. This coast of Costa Blanca, with its salt lakes and all-year temperate climate, is a hugely popular area for holidaymakers all year round. The average daily temperature is 17C during Winter, and 25-30C during summer and boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year, making it a reliable holiday location.

Payment Policy

All rates are in British Pounds.

Deposit of £100 per week on booking & balance of rental 6 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

In addition to the above charges there is a changeover/ cleaning charge of 70 euros (£50) per booking

A discount of 10% is applicable to the rental price for all bookings of 2 weeks or more from October to March .
