Breizas Cottage is on one floor, overlooking the private pool, sea and countryside. All windows are double glazed with pull down mosquito screens.
Large private swimming pool (12.7 mtrs long, 2.7 mtrs deep) with a paddling pool attached. Metal gates secure access to pool area There is a barbecue, covered terrace suitable for outside dining, and bathroom at one end of the pool area.
Alcossebre is situated in the picturesque region of "Costa Del Azahar" and is often referred to as the jewel of the Spanish Mediterranean resorts

The nearest airport is Barcelona Reus (1 1/2 hour drive) to the North of the villa, or Valencia (1 1/2 hours drive) to the South of the villa. Castellon airport at Oropesa is expected to open in 2012 and this will be an approximate 20 minute drive away.

Barcelona International airport is 2 1/2 hour drive to the North of Breizas.

Valencia airport is 1 hour 15 minutes drive to the South of Breizas

Changeover day is flexible all year round so you can take advantage of cheaper flights. Check-in: normally 3pm. Check-out: usually 10am, but where possible we are flexible. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

For stays of more than 1 week, there are sheets and towels provided for a weekly change. The prices are inclusive of electricity, linen, kitchen and towels. We recommend that you hire a car. The Big House has sole use and access to the pool in July and August as the Cottage cn not be rented out on its own in this period.
