This is a very well constructed holiday house in Bauhaus Style. It is situated on 4500m2 of land planted with tropical plants, palm trees and pine trees. Here you can pick your own oranges in season and enjoy the view to the sea. Entering the house you have a modern style kitchen and an open dining area with views to the sea. It has a balustrade looking down onto the living room, so we do not recommend this house for small children. One of the bedrooms is located on this level as well. It has a double bed and seperate bathroom with bathtub. The living room area is open and has access to the terrace and garden area. The second bedroom is located on this level and has its own access to the terrace and a seperate bathroom with shower. The living room has a DVD player, SAT Tv (Astra) with german channels and a few english news channels).

The garden has no pool, but an outside shower. El Padron is a very rural living area just a few kilometers away from Estepona and 1.2km from the beach where the famous Laguna Village and Kempinski Hotel is situated. Here you can enjoy exclusive shopping or sipping on a drink at Puro Beach and chosing from one of the many restaurants. There is also a spanish style Chiringuito (beach restaurant) on the same beach if you prefer to be away from the Jet Set. This house is very recommended for winter seasons as the house is well constructed to avoid humidity and has central heating.

The closest ariport is Malaga or Gibralar. Directions will be provided at the time of booking

A down payment of 40% is required upon booking. The rest can be paid cash upon arrival. The security deposit of 300€ will be taken in cash and transferred back onto your account within 7 days of your departure. All prices are stated without 8% VAT.
