This is an old, rustic Canarian house in the village of El Guincho on the north coast, between Icod de los Vinos and Garachico. Casa Coronella is surrounded by banana plantations and looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. El Guincho has its own little beach and nearby is the Playa de San Marcos, that of Los Silos, and La Caleta. Also a short drive away is Buenavista del Norte with its own beach and golf course. In Icod de Los Vinos, (about 3 kms away) you can taste the renowned wine, see the oldest dragon tree in the world, have a browse in the shops or try a typical dish in one of the good restaurants.

In Garachico (about 2 kms away from Casa Coronella) you can take a swim in the natural volcanic rock pools (there is also a salt water swimming pool). This town has a peaceful atmosphere, with its fishing port, pedestrian streets with shaded corners where local wine and tapas can be enjoyed in one of the many bodegas.

Puerto de la Cruz is only 27kms away with its popular beach Playa Jardin and on the way (at about 20 kms) is the Playa del Socorro. Tenerife has lots of tourist attractions, impressive volcanic landscapes and the National Park with the highest peak in Spain- Mount Teide.

Lovingly restored in 2006, this house now divided into 2 units mantains it special and cosy atmosphere. Access from the street is by a stone staircase to the patio. From this courtyard you have access to both units, another staircase leads to a furnished terrace (sun beds, table and chairs), and a small rock garden and a barbecue area.

LUNA (1)

This unit has an ample living/dining room, stylishly decorated throughout, with a sofa/bed ( for 2), satellite television and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full size fridge, 4 gas rings and washing machine. The view from the property is over bananas and the Atlantic. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a bathroom with shower. Wide roof terrace with magnificent views. Patio (typical Canarian courtyard) Maximum occupancy - 4 persons.

SOL (2)

This unit has access from the patio into a hall with a bookcase and from there into a welcoming living/dining room with satellite televisión and a ceiling fan. The kitchen has an electric cooker and no washing machine. It is equipped similarly to the previous, but has a twin bedded room with 2 single beds (90 x100m) instead of a double bed, also with a bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy - 3 persons.

All rates are in Euros.

Each unit per day for 2 persons is 49€ and 12€ per extra person,

There is no extra charge for the cot

25% of the total is payable at the time of booking and the rest is to be paid on arrival at Casa Coronella

Arrival anytime after 3 pm and check-out time is at 12 am

All bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price

The property can be let a as a whole or as 2 separate units
