Lovely villa located in El Masnou, lovely little town, near the beach and the marina (with lotS of restaurants and bars) and the train station, 20min to the Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona and 40min to Blanes, in la Costa Brava.The villa has a roof terrace with spectacular ocean views. Nice comfortable living area (with 2 single sofabeds), very nice, with parquet floorand A/C, new separate small kitchen, ceramic hob,/oven/fridge etc. upstairs , two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with double bed and single, 1 complete bathroom, and a laundry room with washing machine,then upstairs to a patio area with magnificent views of the port and sea, you can sunbathe up there, bbq,.
