This newly furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Antojo style villa is situated on Mazarron country club only a short walk away from the communal sporting areas, restaurant and bar.



There is an open plan lounge diner with 2 comfortable sofas, dining table & 4 chairs, flat screen TV which has various european channels available and internet access is available for an extra fee of 10 euros per week. The villa is fully airconditioned and this costs an extra 20 euros per week should you require it otherwise all rooms have a ceiling fan for your comfort.



The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lights and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp and built in wardrobes all linen and towels are provided for your stay. There is a modern bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin



There is a fully fitted kitchen including all modern electric appliances dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hob and extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. All crockery and cutlery is provided for your stay.



Outside there is a 10x5 private pool with fully tiled surround and gardens with a brick built barbecue. There is an outside table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers with cushions, a large parasol and an awning for the shade. This garden is a south facing garden and gets the sun all day. THIS VILLA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 AND ANY CHILDREN MUST BE SUPEREVISED AT ALL TIMES

A payment of 50 euros is payable on arrival for the final clean. 20% deposit will secure your weeks and full payment is expected 4 weeks before arrival.
