As you can see a villa could almost not be more close to the shoreline than Casa Anavicente. From the beach you can stroll into the sea for tens of meters. Casa Anavicente is named after the fisherman Vincent and his wife Ana who have always owned the villa. After that the fisherman Vicente had completely renovated the villa he sold it. Do you like sun, sea, beaches, bays and going for a walk; this beachvilla has it all.This villa is situated ON the beach in the town of Puntas de Calnegre on the Costa Calida. From your terrace you will walk onto the beach immediately for a suntan, a walk or a lovely dive into the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is only 20 meters away from the shoreline.

This renovated fisherman’s villa is situated on one of the most extraordinary locations. In the peaceful town of Puntas de Calnegre you will get the feeling you are in ancient Spain. The people hardly speak any other language than Spanish and the people are exceptionally friendly. Within 20 meters of the villa you will find a supermarket and next to that are some restaurants and bars. In the town of Puntas there are living approximately 80 people. There is peace and quiet and a lot of space.

In front of the villa there is a terrace on which you can relax outside and enjoy the village’s life. If you enter via the front door you will find a bedroom on the left and right of the hallway. One with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. When you go through the hallway you will enter the living room with an astonishing view over the sea. Alongside the living room is a spacious kitchen. Behind the kitchen you will find a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, bath and shower. If you go through the kitchen and the living room you can get to the terrace on the back side of the villa. Here you will be sitting very comfortably with a view of the sea and the beach and out of the wind.

Air Berlin also flies to Alicante; these are however no direct flights.

We would like to point out that in principle exchange days are on Saturday.

However, since the flight tickets are cheaper on weekdays we get requests whether or not these exchange days are flexible.

The fixed costs per rental period are€ 60,- cleaning costs.

When you book a villa you will get a written confirmation of the booking with a description of the rental period.

Within 7 days after receipt of our confirmation on your reservations application we will ask you to pay € 200,- of the total price as a down payment.
