Apartment in Denia Description
The Palm Beach apartment complex is located right on the beach front and guests enjoy private access to the beach from the garden.
The swimming pool and gardens are beautifully maintained all year round. The terrace provides a pleasant outdoor eating area or a place to relax away from the beach and pool if you prefer.
The complex is only five years old and the apartment has been fitted with quality fixtures and fittings (including air-conditioning) and is fully equipped with all that you may need while away from home.
A parking space is provided in a secure car park.
Local, English speaking agents are on hand to assist at any time.The apartment is air-conditioned, spacious and light and very comfortably accommodates 4-5 people with capacity for 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen equipment. Off the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine and iron and ironing board.
The open plan kitchen dining area comfortably seats 6 people.The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan with doors leading to the terrace.The second bedroom has two single beds and a fold-out bed if required. IT has bult-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is adjacent to the shower room.The garden is kept pristine throughout the year and provides a lovely setting for the swimming pool which also has children's paddling pool. Parasols are provided on the grassed area.The front of the complex sits directly on the beach front and guests are provided with a key to allow them private access to the beach. At this entrance is a small outdoor shower to wash off the sand at the end of the day.
