It is a duplex with 100 sq m. with AIR CONDITIONING and a marvellous and sunny private balcony, natural light in every room and was decorated by the owner, a well-known photographer from Barcelona. She has given the space an artist's charm due to her selection of color and material. The apartment has a dining room, a living room which has the option of converting the sofas into two single beds, a double bedroom integrated beside the living room, separated by curtains and a cozy kitchen.
On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a single bed, which complete the sleeping arrangements. The apartment is fully equipped with a bathroom with shower, a TV, DVD-CD system, washing machine and radiators The building, centuries old maintains its original entrance, which was used for horse drawn carriages and has been declared a cultural heritage entryway and therefore has no elevator. This is a residential building and the tranquility of the neighbours needs to be respected.
