Sheds and houses have been restored and the interiors of them adjusted to standards of today. All apartments (casitas) are designed to be sensitive to the topographical qualities of the site and are re-constructed with old local materials. They offer fine views and sunlight, and drifts of vegetation are used to add softness to the buildings as well as defining the spaces between them.
They all have two private terraces, one with pergola annex to the house and one on the volcanic ridge at the property. Because of the many tracks and corners finca “El Lance” is very suited for smaller children as well. They simply love to stroll around.
The site is equipped with the original wine press (lagar) as well as the tress floor (era), a beautiful plateau made out of coble stones in the form of a compass rose. This was the place where one separated the chaff from wheat in the old days. Finca El Lance a complete rural setting and superb place to spend your holiday.
All apartments have terra cotta tiled floors and are comfortably and tastefully furnished. They have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker (4-piths), coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, a roomy bathroom with washing machine, an open fire place, TV and radio. For those who are a bit chilly, the apartments are as well equipped with gas heating.
Finca “El Lance” lays at the foot of the village “El Tanque Alto” at an altitude of ca. 450m. The centre of the village lays at about 5 min. walking distance and here one can find a bakery, some supermarkets, a post office, a couple of banks, bars and local restaurants.
The municipality borders the Teno national park and directly from the finca one can undertake interesting walks. The nearest beach is San Marcos which lays at about 20 min. driving distance. The charming city Garachico, also at about 20 min. driving distance, offers you beautiful volcanic pools.

Included in the price are the costs for water, electricity, gas and the cleaning of the apartment once a week as well as the weekly supply of clean bed linen and towels.
