Latino II is a privately owned first floor fuly air-conditioned /heated apartment situated in a peaceful yaughting port called Tomas Maestre. Latino enjoys enviable views of the cosmopolitan Port of Tomas Maestre.The apartment is elevated just a little above ground level, making it ideal for those with mobility limitations. The apartment comprises of a spacious air-conditioned lounge / dining room with fantastic views of the port and direct excess onto your private balcony. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and two double sized bedrooms. The two bedrooms are of equal proportions and have fitted wardrobes, air -conditioning and they both have two single beds. It has one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC, sink, and bidet.
The private terrace is perfect for people watching, and has an enviable position overlooking Thomas Maestre, there are a huge selection of traditional and contemporary restaurants and shops all within a very short walking distance from the Latino Apartment Puerto.Shopping - small boutiques to large department store can be found in the near by city of Murcia (fourty minutes) or local town Cartagena (twenty five minutes). Great choice of gifts, designer clothes and perfumes.
