To make a reservation, 30% will be paid in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. The balance is due before arrival by bank transfer or cash on delivery of keys. We also pay cash upon delivery of keys a refundable deposit of 150 € as a deposit (will be returned if the apartment is returned in the same condition it was delivered). The final cleaning is not included in the price, a premium of 40 €. For stays longer than a week cleaning service includes a free half of the stay.
