Apartment en Santa Ponsa Description
This ground floor apartment is modern, spacious and beautifully furnished with private garden. Set within an exclusive gated community in the sought after Santa Ponsa area in the South West of the island. Equipped with everything a visitor would wish for an enjoyable holiday with a host of attractions nearby. There are 3 outdoor tropical pools including child-friendly shallow 'walk-in' pools. It is a truly all year round location. Set in a peaceful, friendly environment sandwiched between a conservation area and one of the many local golf courses. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of many wonderful places, from the cosmopolitan capital city of Palma to the beautiful port of Andratx and the wealthy marinas of Portals and Puerto Adriano. There is something for everyone here, young and old, which with the wonderful climate makes it ideal for family holidays, adult getaways and golf breaks.
The property is approached through electronic gates with security guard on site, giving a safe, secure environment. There is communal parking at the front of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor and has easy access to the swimming pools, some of which can be viewed from the garden/terrace (ideal for watching kids). The garden enjoys sunlight nearly all day. There a 4 garden chairs with cushions and a further 2 reclining chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided for use inside the apartment only. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at an additional cost.

Palma International Airport is only a 20 mins drive away, with the majority of the route by motorway. To get the most out of the area we would recommend hiring a car which is relatively inexpensive. However for non-drivers there is an excellent taxi servi
