Apartment en Villamartin Description
The apartment is within a small community of 52 dwellings and it's location and facilities make it suitable for people of all ages and interests. There is a small veranda via the lounge with seating and lovely views over pine woodland. A rooftop solarium with sun loungers and dining which also has spectacular sea views, Large storage cupboard for suitcases etc.

There is a large, attractive and well maintained communal pool and garden. Secure Parking space via electric gates. Within 5 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees & well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Ramblas which is a stunning, but short course & is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways & ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.

Campoamor which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views & with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day. Within 20 minute drive from this property there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open & La Marquesa.Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas & 3 days in advance at Campoamor . No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting & chipping greens & practice areas. There are also cafeterias/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat & drink after your round.

Optional welcome pack can be provided, (recommended for late arriving flights) consisting of drinking water, bread, milk, tea and coffee at a cost of 10 Euro.
