Ideally located, comfortable, very quiet, all amenities, 2 terraces.There are 3 rooms in the house but one is closed.You need a car.It's a good place to reconcile with life. This house is for the retreat. However, if desired, it will take you 10/20 minutes to get to all amenities that the island has to offer: beaches, shopping and leisure areas.
Relax, read, paint, sunbathe, enjoy hiking in the environment and, if you want, go to the beach by car both Playa Blanca (9 km) and the known tourist resort of Corralejo (20 km). There are several creeks precious in what we call North Sea . There are two supermarkets in town. There is a good restaurant with excellent food. There are a couple of bars where you take a cap. Visit her church: small but historic for his altarpieces. The capital is about 8 km (10 min. By car), there you will find almost everything you want.
