Peace and tranquillity is the order of the day in our attractive ground floor Villa Apartment which sleeps 4 with private pool and mature gardens with ample seating and terracing in both sun and shade. Set amoungst pine clad mountains and Orange Groves with spectacular views yet only a short drive from the beach. The owners live on the first floor and maintain the pool and gardens. However privacy is assured as they have their own entrance but they are available for advice and help if needed. The guest accommodation is completely self contained with seperate entrance. A delightful drive through Orange groves takes you from the Villa to the Main town of Gandia which is steeped in history with cultural and heritage centres and monuments to the Borja family and their palace. Now a bustling commercial centre with traditional and modern quality shopping together with delightful resturants and bars offering National and International cuisine. Gandia Town is situated next to the Playa which is blessed with fantastic blue flag beaches which stretch for miles. There is also a charming fishing port, Nautical Club and Marina. The Apartment Lounge opens onto a covered terrace over looking the swimming pool. The private sun terrace which is an excellant place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the stunning Mountain scenery. The American Style Kitchen is equipped with Microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, cooker, toaster, food blender and Orange Juicer. Separate area with washing machine, Iron and Ironing board. A T.V. and DVD and Music centre are in the lounge including a good selection of DVDs and books. There are 2 twin bedded bedrooms both with ample wardrobe space and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have hair dryers provided The bathroom comprising Cubicle shower w.c. and wash basin with Mirror over and shelf There is ample parking just outside the property which is on a private road. The garden has an array of trees and plants with numerious seating areas all with spectacular views. The pool area is fully equipped with Sun Loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. The barbecue area has a gas barbecue, 3 burner gas hob and marble work space. The country side around is ideal for those who enjoy walking or rock climbing. Benidorm and the famous Terra Mitica theme park are just over half an hour away towards Alicante which is just over an hours drive. The Sea World Experiance is towards Valencia and is again approximately half hour drive.There is a new safari park called Naturea Mitica in Benidorm which is excellent for all ages with plenty of restaurants and seating areas.
