This beautiful penthouse is set on the 5th floor, with lift, of a private enclosed holiday complex set in lovely manicured gardens within a few minutes walk of the beach. An exceptionally large private terrace offers truly amazing sea views towards the mountains of North Africa and Gibraltar. The complex itself has two huge beautiful pools, one of them heated. Within the grounds there is also a toddlers pool, paddling pool, toilet area, a Mini-Golf, an aviary and a Mini- Gym there are two Pool Tables if you fancy a game. A toddlers play area with climbing frame, swings and a slide is ideal for the kids. In high season a poolside snack bar is open and entertainment is laid on weekly. You could not ask for better family facilities all within walking distance of your own front door.The penthouse has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a main bathroom and second shower room. Linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The large comfortably furnished lounge is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen satellite TV with a DVD and CD player showing the basic BBC and ITV channels. The patio doors of the lounge lead out onto the huge terrace, with sunbeds, umbrellas, and barbecue there is a table and chairs for outside eating, which overlooks the sea as well as the beautiful gardens and pool.The American style kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave and a separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.A trip to the nearest supermarket is within a five minute walk as are bars, restaurants, a taxi rank, and the bus service into Marbella and Fuengirola. Whether you are looking for night life or a relaxing family holiday with plenty to keep the kids busy, this holiday complex has something for everyone.

Riviera del Sol is situated halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella about 10 minutes either way by car. It is a 25 minutes drive to Malaga Airport. The Urbanisation itself has many Bars and Restaurants within a 5 minutes walk from the Penthouse. There are 3 supermarkets also within a 5 minutes walk. There is a beach across the road which is accessed via an underpass, this leads directly onto the beach. There is also a lovely beach in La Cala this village is a 3 minutes drive away, there are also two supermarkets and various shops, Bars and Restaurants and Banks. Riviera is central for all the main attractions and coach trips cal also be booked from here.

From Malaga Airport keep to the right hand lane (Past Don Miguel Beer Factory) and take the road towards Torremolinos (Cadiz) – NOT (Malaga). After about 2 km, you need to go into the right hand lane signposted to Benalmadena (Algeciras). Keep to the right hand lane so as not to go on the Toll Road (“Peaje” in Spanish) at Fuengirola you will see two signs one which says Marbella/Algeciras which points to the right and one which says Fuengirola/ Marbella/Algeciras which points straight ahead, you need to take the Fuengirola/Marbella/Algeciras one which points straight ahead. You will see El Corte Ingles, Eroski and Dunnes Stores on your right, when you have passed these look to your left and you should see the Castle on the top of a hill and the Beatriz Hotel, Riviera is about eight minutes from here. After about 15 km you will see an exit for Miraflores followed by a blue sign for Riviera and then a BLACK sign for RIVIERA, which you should take. Come off the slip road and take the main avenue by Opencor, called Avenida del Golf. You will pass Opencor and Banca March, and on the corner a place called “George's Bar”. You all see a mini roundabout, which is where you need to turn left into Calle Libra. On your left you will see Fontana Beach apartments – the next block is Bahia. There is a small sign at the entrance of an access road that says “Crown Resorts”. Continue along this access road for a minute until you come to a wrought iron gate on your right. This is the entrance which requires an access code. The whole journey should take you 25 minutes in normal driving conditions. As you leave Malaga Airport, could you please phone me either on my landline No.: 952 934 914 or on my mobile: 647397587. In case you need to ask someone, the address is Riviera Del Mar, Fase 4, Atico B, Calle Libra, Riviera Del Sol, Mijas Costa, Malaga. Hopefully you wont get lost.
De llegada y salida procedimientos
Normally I require that the Penthouse is exited by 10.00 a.m. and arrival time is 4.00 p.m. this enable us to get the Penthouse cleaned for our next guests. But I can be flexible if I don't have guests arriving straight away. Also Saturday to Saturday is better for me but, again I can be flexible if I have no guests arriving at this time.
