Your holiday villa in the sun! We own and look after this villa and it is fully equipped for your holiday. Please note -this is a NO SMOKING villa , also we are very sorry but we cannot accept pets. You can park your car outside or behind the gates.Once inside you will find: a sun room, with table and chairs a lounge with 3 piece suite and a coffee table. For your entertainment all your usual English TV channels (BBC,ITV, 4 & 5) are available via a cable system and there is also satellite TV offering a selection of English,French,German, Italian and Spanish channels).We also provide a DVD player with a box of DVD's and a CD combo.A selection of board games can be found as well!! Double bedroom with king size double bed Family bathroom with wc, shower and washbasin Double bedroom with twin single beds and ensuite wc and washbasin a kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave , toaster and cafetiere. utility area with water heater, large fridge freezer and washing machine Back door to rear patio fully equipped with garden furniture and BBQ All windows are fitted with blinds and mosquito nets. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge and bedrooms. Floor and table fans are also provided. For the odd chilly winter evening there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom, electric radiators and a cabinet gas heater. Also the air conditioning units can provide warm air in the winter Towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.Facilities available a short distance from the villa is a sports centre with pools, mini golf and evening entertainment. There are also several bars, cafes and restaurants (English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Indian,Chinese,Italian -to name but a few!) to choose from and large supermarkets as well as smaller shops. We ourselves retired to the area and look after the villa personally.

Our detached 2 bedroom bungalow sits on a corner plot in a quiet area of La Marina. La Marina is South of Alicante and lies between Santa Pola and Guardamar. The villa is about 4 kms from the sandy(EC-Blue Ribbon) beach of La marina and about 15 minutes by car from Alicante airport. La marina is an area which has seen low rise developments-mainly bungalows and 2 storey houses. There is a market each Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. There are lots of restaurants ,bars and cafes to suit all tastes. Just off the La marina -Guardamar road (N332) there is now a developing commercial centre with LIDL,Mercadona and a new Iceland superstore.

La Marina is just off the coast road N332 south of Alicante between Santa Pola and Guardamar. It can also be approached from the Alicante - Cartagena Motorway (AP7).We supply detailed instructions on how to find the villa as soon as we know where you are coming from (Alicante or Murcia (San javier) airport, or perhaps by road ). We meet you at the villa and handover keys and greet you with full instructions on the contents of the villa.

Changeover day is flexible . To allow time for cleaning we ask you to arrive at the villa after 2pm. On your final day we ask you you to leave the villa by 10am. Depending on the departure and arrival times of the previous or following clients, we may be able to vary these times.

rental includes weekly change of bedlinen and towels,gas,water and electric. The only extra is the final clean charge of 30 Euros. Beach towels are NOT provided. Sterling payments possible if you have online banking. 50% deposit to reserve villa, balance payable in cash on arrival. No cheques or credit cards
