This beautifully decorated house is located in the sought after sea-side village of Torre de la Horada, at the southernmost end of Costa Blanca, only minutes way from Costa Calida and Murcia Airport. The location of Torre de la Horadada (or “Torre” for short), where Costa Blanca and Costa Calida converge, makes this beautiful village the perfect place to relax and explore some of Spain's finest beaches and historic places. Although many of our renters prefer to go without a car during their stay, for those who like to explore further afield car rental prices in the area are very competitive. Some of the amenities you'll find within a short drive (5 to 30 minutes) from Torre include at least 5 golf courses such as La Manga Club, a Thalasotherapy Centre, health Spas and the therapeutic mud baths of San Pedro.

As well as offering a fantastic environment for chilling out with family and friends, Torre is close to the historic cities of Alicante, Murcia, Elche and Cartagena. There are plenty of historic places to visit, such as Murcia Cathedral and the Roman ruins of Cartagena . The town of Elche, famous for its shoe industry and Europe's largest palm tree collection (Huerto del Cura) is only 30 minutes away.

A £150 deposit is required upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A further refundable £100 security deposit is required to cover any damage. This will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the house. A 50 euro cleaning/laundry fee is also payable upon arrival All rates quoted include water, electricity, bed linen, hand towels and bath towels.
