The apartment is situated within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and a short drive to some world class Golf courses. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and features a living/dining room with TV and DVD player, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a South west facing sun-terrace with sea views. The development of Casares del Sol which is between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa Marina is set in beautifully manicured gardens with 5 swimming pools and plenty of space for children to play in a safe gated community.

All apartments have underground parking and storage rooms and are finished to a high standard. Visitors to the development can enjoy stunning sea and mountain views and are within a stone’s throw of the world renowned Finca Cortesin Golf course and 10 kms from the picturesque Casares village nestled in the nearby mountains.

Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is more family-friendly. There are plenty of watersports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy. Malaga offers more relaxed attractions such as Picasso’s birthplace and some of the best fish and seafood restaurants in the region, it also has a lively nightlife. Nerja boasts quieter coves within walking distance of its busier beaches. The town’s main attraction is the Cuevas de Nerja, a series of caverns which contain the world’s largest stalactite. Away from the coast lie the prehistoric dolmen caves at Antequera and the magnificent limestone gorge near El Chorr.

The traditional seaside village of Sabinillas is just a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes in the car, away from the apartment, where there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy. Next door to Finca Cortesin (18 hole golf course and 5 stars hotel) where the Volvo masters 2009 was played. Nearby you can also find Casares Golf course and gardens and Casares Country Club and Casares Don Julio golf course. The area is ideal for walks and trekking -lots of local routes through rural Spain. Plenty of lovely restaurants and La Cañada shopping centre on 340 motorway in Marbella.
