Located at beachfront, our beautiful vacation apartment in Denia, Spain, is an ideal hideaway for you to spend a couple of days with your dear ones. Our two bedroom retreat is spacious enough to lodge up to four vacationers. The bedrooms have twin bed, double bed and a crib. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.

You will not miss your favorite television programs as there is a TV, and DVD player in the living room. Relax at the balcony in the evenings enjoying a hot chocolate drink or coffee with your dear ones. Sorry, no pets please.

A charming beach is just steps away. If your passion is golf then staying at our apartment will give you easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities. If you appreciate fine dining, then there are many restaurants, cafes and diners nearby where you can relish some amazing cuisines and delicacies. 150 euros deposit are required (deductible from your stay) You have to communicate your time of arrival in order to allow the person that welcomes you to be on time at the flat. At the moment you receive the keys the landlord will make the tour of the flat with you and demand the full payment of your stay and 200 euros damage deposit (this deposit will be given back to you the day of departure after revision of the place with the landlord)

No House Parties: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
