Steps lead down from the road level into its private garden which is all on one level making it a perfect vacation home for famlies with young children. The villa too is all on one level with 2 open plan Reception Rooms. The first is glassed in with wooden flooring and patio doors leading out to the exterior. The second Reception room has marble floors and is used as a lounge/diner.
The villa has 3 separate wings. The First Wing has 2 Bedrooms, the first with Twin beds, wooden flooring, en-suite Bathroom and Patio doors leading out. The second, the Master Bedroom has wooden floors, a large walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with walk in Power Shower and doors leading out.
The Second Wing of the Villa comprises Guest Cloakroom with walk in Shower, a Third Bedroom with Twin Beds put together with Patio doors out and the Kitchen. The Kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a 3 ring gas hob plus a ceramic hob, a wide Teka voen in addition to a normal size oven, dishwasher, side by side fridge freezer and microwave.
In the Third Wing of the Villa there are 2 double bedrooms both with twin beds which share a Bathroom with a Walk in Power Shower.
Outside: The pool is deep and inviting and there are various terraces where you can sun bathe or dine outside.
It is possible to walk to the nearby beach from the villa, or if you prefer you can drive down. This is a superb villa if you love golf, the beach and sun. With its proximity to Marbella and its night life this property is a popular choice for both families and younger clientele.
Everything possible will be done to ensure you have a great vacation - wi-fi internet and SKY free to air channels are included, as is Housekeeping and cleaning.
