The house is placed in the northern part of the charming town of Torreveija. The town has lifelike commercial center, a very beautiful sea promenade and a very big market every Friday. In the ground floor you will find a very nice living room, with a double sofa bed, dinning table, an armchair, TV and DVD.

There are a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine also on the ground floor. On the first floor you find 2 bedrooms, and roomy bathroom with bathtub. There is also a baby bed and a baby chair available. On the top of the house you have the sun terrace with garden furniture and a very beautiful and fantastic sea view and vie over the city of Torreveija. Directly across the house you will find a very lovely swimming pool also with a baby/children pool. There is a fence around the pool. Only 200 meters from the house you will find a big supermarket with bakery, fresh fish and so on. Close to the house you also have a shopping mall with a hypermarket of Carrefour and a lot of specialty shops.

The city bus and a bus for Alic ante go every 20 minutes, only 300 meter from the house at the coast road. About 1500 meter from the house you have the beautiful and very large La Mata beach, witch is a quiet and very family friendly sandy beach. Torreveija is known for the unique healthy micro climate and the fact that WHO has this area as one of the healthiest areas in the world. In wintertime this area is one of the warmest in Europe.

Torreveija has 330 sunny days in the year. In Torreveija you will also find a lot of nice restaurants. Close to the house you find a very large outdoor aqua park and an indoor swimming center. Within the area you find 5 very beautiful 18 holes golf cources among others the famous Villa Martin golf center, with is placed around 15 km from the house. Close to the city you will find the famous salt lakes with flamingos and large parks for wild birds. Traveling - airport in Alic ante and in Murcia - about 30 km from the house.
