For families with kids we offer additional our Casa Robinson for totally 7 persons.

Price from 1200 €/week.
From 1200 €/week for use of one bedroom ( 172€/day) and 1680 €/week for use of 2 bedrooms (240€/day).
Christmas fee 15% from 20.12.-06.01 and we charge minimum 10 days.
Price for complete finca with all units together is Euro 6840€/week and for 14 adults and 7 teenagers.

Your booking is binding upon our written confirmation (by e-mail) and your deposit of 30% of the exclusive benefits and extras, which will be paid on site. The deposit is only written cancellation in accordance with the terms of cancellation rate refundable. The rental price is made up of the price of the rented room (see price table) for the number of days plus a daily reference rate for final cleaning. The use of an additional bedroom for children up to twelve years is free of charge.

If you have booked a bedroom, there is also only the use of a bedroom and a bath. If you want to transfer and additional bedrooms and bathrooms, talk to us so that we can make an offer. If you use other units, without reservation, we need the recalculation difference.
Pets are generally not permitted in our properties.
The object can be found on arrival before cleaning. A fee between cleaning during your stay is available upon request. At a minimum stay of two weeks is a periodic cleaning every seven days (including linen) charged.
