Upstairs the two bedrooms are light and airy, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for those warm summer nights and quality bed linen is provided. A new good quality cot and mattress are also available for use along with highchair, stairgates and a buggy at no additional charge. The fully tiled bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower. Towels are provided but please bring your own towels for the beach/pool. There is plenty of outside space and a roof terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the shade or topping up your tan. There are four sun loungers with good quality mattresses on the terrace, BBQ, beach games, air beds and a parasol to take to the beach.

Garrucha
The fishing port of Garrucha still holds its Spanish charm and there are lots of restaurants and bars serving locally caught fresh fish and seafood. The blue flag beaches are cleaned daily and never crowded and the blue Mediterranean sea is clean, warm and ideal for swimming. There are lifeguards on duty in peak season. The local fishing boats leave the harbour in the morning and return that evening between 17:00 and 18:30, unload their catch and auction it off in the fish market to the local fish restaurants. It is fantastic to see this happening and you are welcome to wander around the auction as it happens and buy if you wish, the perfect supper!

The town itself has a large supermarket and an assortment of shops selling everything from sandals to souvenirs. Don´t miss the local market on Fridays where there are fresh fruit and vegetables and lots of clothes and shoes at very good prices. The marina is only a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Garrucha also has a wide selection of shops, banks, dental and medical facilities. A little further down the coast is the town of Mojacar which has a small shopping centre and the coastal strip is full of shops, restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket.

• Arrival and departure are dates not restricted to weekends or to set times. However, pre 8am and post 8pm arrivals and departures are chargeable at 20 Euros locally.
• A 25% deposit at time of booking and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
