• Please contact the owner for rates. The following conditions apply when renting the property identified in your rental booking form. Initial Booking 1. A 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking. 2. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with €200 refundable security deposit. (Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival) All Bank transfers or €uroCheques must be made payable to :- Casasol Real-Estate Security deposit The refundable Security deposit of €200 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure. You will not be given access to the property until this deposit has been paid so please be sure to make the necessary arrangements in advance of your arrival.

• Please contact the owner for cancellation.. If a cancellation is requested more than six weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the six weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).
