El Pleito is situated 3 km of La Barrosa, the beautiful white sandy beach, close to a well-stocked store and bakery shop (1km) and only 3 km away from Chiclana de la Frontera. As you can imagine the cottage has a real central position and is still in the quiet and relaxing surrounding of a pine forest under natural conservation. El Pleito has got a beautiful mature garden with palm trees and meterranean plants and flowers. There is a large lawn area to enjoy the sun and a beautiful terrace next to the pool to spend the siesta time in a shady area or having diner in one of the warm Andalusian nights with a cool drink.

The cleaning of the kitchen facilities, crockery and cutlery is the responsibility of the tenant and not included in the final cleaning. Does the contractor or a participant damage to the property, this is liable to us immediately melden. Sunshine group not on the premises, or in the house resulting accidents or injuries. The tenant uses the installation, gardens, pool and house at your own risk. It is imperative to have children (especially if a pool is available) without supervision.
