Covered patio with seating, sun terrace with loungers, solar heated pool (5,5 m x 3,5 m), garden, parking. Restaurant & Bar Casa Club, buffet and a la carte restaurant in the Hotel Sheraton Salobre Golf & Spa. 18 hole golf course Salobre Golf South, 18 hole golf course Salobre Golf North, putting green, driving range, golf school. Smoking not permitted, except outdoor areas and terraces. Pool heating via solar panels (temperature depends on solar radiation).

Cancellation Policy

By a withdrawal from the contract a cancellation fee will be charged. Up to 60 days before tenancy: 20% of the total sum, 59 up to 30 days before tenancy: 4o% of the total sum; 29 up to 7 days before tenancy: 8o% of the total sum, 7 days and by non-appearance or last minute cancellation: 100% of the total sum.
