Apartment in Calahonda Beschreibung
A beautiful decorated ground floor apartment constructed in 2003, set in the well known urbanization of Sitio de Calahonda, between Malaga and Marbella.
Only 25 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, 15 minutes drive from the well known resort of Puerto Banus, and 5 minutes drive to the beach.
The apartment is in an area chiefly developed for tourism and for golf lovers. Having a nine hole golf course inside the urbanization, and ten other golf courses in a radius of 10 km.
It is superbly located up into the hills, but is only a short drive away from the commercial centre which is located at the bottom of the urbanization.
There is even a road train that passes every half hour taking you to
restaurants, bars, shops, banks, chemists, leisure activities etc.The air-conditioned/heated, fully furnished, marbled floored accommodation consists of:
Spacious lounge with dining area. Having fireplace, Sky Television, Dvd player, Hi-Fi CD system . Sliding glazed doors lead onto the terrace.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.Bedroom one has En-suite Bathroom with WC, double bed and built in wardrobes. Sliding glazed doors leads from this bedroom onto the terrace.

There is a separate Shower room with WC.The good sized terrace is South–West facing and therefore gets the afternoon and evening sun.

The complex also benefits from having 2 communal pools, gardens and 24 hour security.
