Villa in Moraira Beschreibung
Casa Linda is located between Moraira and Teulada on the sunny Costa Blanca. It is a semi-detached bungalow and has stunning views over vineyards and almond orchards towards Moraira which is approximately 10 minutes drive away. Casa Linda is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday while only a short drive away from many attractions for adults and children alike. It is a 40 minute drive from the lively resort of Benidorm and an hours drive from the airports of Alicante and Valencia.The property sleeps 5 in two twin bedded rooms and a fold-away bed. It is set on a hillside and the large terrace has panoramic views towards the sea. There is satellite television, DVD player & some DVDs for family entertainment.
Park outside the front door, and there are 8 steps down from the roadway, but there are no steps inside.There is a large swimming pool and a children’s pool only 2 minutes walk away as well as two tennis courts. These are for the exclusive use of residents and guests. The pool has lifeguards during the summer season.The small town of Teulada, about 10 minutes drive away or 20 minutes walk over the hillside has shops, banks, bars and restaurants.There are 5 golf courses close by within a short drive. Moraira has two well kept blue-flag beaches, a large marina and a wide variety of international as well as traditional Spanish restaurants.
Within a short drive to the north is Vergel Safari Park and to the south towards Benidorm is Aqualandia, a huge water park and also Terra Mitica an adventure theme park. The city of Valencia is also well worth a visit, but very busy.
