Cancellation Policy
All properties offered by ChillOutwithus must be booked in advance and all cancellations must be in writing and shall enter into force on the date of receipt. The cancellation fees are as follows: i.Receipt written cancellation received 30 days or more before the rental period will be charged the full amount of the reservation deposit. ii.Receipt written cancellation received less than 30 days before the rental period will be charged the full amount of rent. If ChillOutWithUs are able to re-let the property in the same period, the reservation deposit will be charged.

1) SMOKING is not allowed on the property, but you can smoke in outdoor areas if desired. 2) NO pets are allowed on the premises. 3) Please treat the apartment and complex with respect. 4) Please do not cause nuisance to neighbors.
