An excelent full equipped renovated apartment next the historic city & Plaza España Convention Center, with easy access from the airport. This beautiful appartment has two doubles bedroom & extra double sofa bed in the living room, in Poble Sec Quarter 15 minutes away to the Ramblas and main monuments in an important avenue of the city in a traditional Decó appartment buildings. This spacious appartment –75 m2 - on the 4th floor ( real 5th floor in Spain) has nice views. The appartment provide central heating, air conditioning, Hi –fi access, TV & DVD, wi fi system. The building has elevator so no problem with suitcases. If you come by car you`ll find a car park next door at a reasonable price.
The appartment has been completely renovated, but maintaining its original style. As the appartment has double windows we are offering a very quiet appartment, fully furnished & a balcony onto the Avenue Paralel. The location is Poble Sec neighbourn next the historic city, 12 minutes away from the Ramblas, and the most attractive places of the Gothic Quarter. All the main monuments are accessible by Metro (the green metro line-5 is next the appartment).
