A damage deposit is payable on arrival. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or by charge of credit card. We do not accept cheques.

Other optional services (to pay on arrival): Sending and receiving mail (free of charge), telephone, fax and email service (prices depend on rates). Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person. Extra cleaning service: € 15 per hour/cleaning person. Launderette service (prices on request). Cooking service (on request) about € 35 per hour. Babysitter service (on request) € 18 to € 25 per hour.

The indicated rental price includes: Change of bed linen and towels once per week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). The client can get a change of the linen in the office of Quality Rent a villa in La Marina de Denia. A change of linen and towels by a cleaning lady directly in the accommodation can be requested, but this will be charged as an extra. For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment. Free consumption is limited to 20 m3 of water per week. Consumption over this limit will be charged against the safety deposit (eur 3,20 + iva/ m3). We kindly ask our guests to safe our environment and to use water with care.
