This linked house is situated approx. 4 km from the town centre and the beach Las Marinas and 3 km from the beach Marineta Cassiana and the marina. It comprises 2 double bedrooms (each with two single beds and access to a covered terrace), 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), closed kitchen and living-dining area with access to the uncovered terrace with stunning views to the sea.

The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning hot-cold. Parking place in front of the house. In addition, there is a third uncovered terrace and a communal pool. Ideal to relax.
