The house shares beautiful large gardens and grounds with other properties in the community. Access is strictly limited to residents and guests. The large (17 metre pool) is perfect for both adults and children. With a sectioned off shallow area for children. In addition to a patio off the living room, which has a large electric awning to provide shelter from the sun, there is a huge roof terrace with views across the hills down to the sea. A barbecue is also provided.

The resort has its own secluded Mediterranean cove, La Cala, located approx 5 min by car. This attractive small beach is set against a stunning backdrop of cliffs. During the summer months, it offers a full range of facilities, including beach attendant, shower and La Cala beach restaurant. There are numerous other beaches in the local area, on both the Mediterranean and Mar Menor coasts. The Mar Menor beaches are particularly popular with families with young children.
