There is and entrance courtyard with many plants, it enters the house and part of the hall has access to the living room with fireplace and three sofa beds, a bathroom and a terrace conservatory, lounge area continues to dining room which also connects with the kitchen. This area has air conditioning and ceiling fans, enough to be confortable in the summer.

To reserve the house it is necessary to send a bank transfer for 25 percent of the period to reserve when already this the transfer in the bank is sent the corresponding receipt and the confirmation of the requested reservation.

A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
