Villa Casa Gordon which sleeps 6-8 is a large airy open plan villa at Balcon al Mar (Balcony of the Sea) in the hills above Javea benefiting from panoramic views of the sea a Montgo mountain. It is situated in a quiet mature development. There are a couple of restaurants a a supermarket within walking distance but Javea town, port a sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive with pebbled Granadella Beach even closer at just 4 kilometres away a the Cabo de la Nao Lighthouse (the most easterly point in mainland Spain) only 1km away.The villa has a sitting room with a magnificent view. The dining area leads to a large modern fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a garage, a large garden that surrounds the whole villa, a 9m x 5m oval pool with an outdoor tiled shower, a barbecue and a patio with loungers. The windows benefit from bug screens and for cooler weather rentals there is under-floor heating and double-glazing.Entrance to the villa is through the covered naya which has ample space for the outside dining table and chairs for barbecues and alfresco dining. Alternatively use the nearby patio area around the pool to catch the last rays of the evening sun. There is sun terrace above the naya The covered naya is just 4 steps up from the oval 9m x 5m swimming pool that has Roman Steps at one end and is illuminated for night swimming. There is a tiled outside pool shower. From the balustrade at the side of the pool area there are panoramic views towards Javea bay and Montgo mountain.The Upper floor consists of a bedroom which sleeps two. There is one king- size continental bed (with two x 3 ft mattresses in the one frame) and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. A door leads directly to the roof sun terrace above the covered naya. On the Ground floor there are two bedrooms. One has twin beds, the other has a continental king size bed. The latter has a French window leading outside to the patio and pool. These bedrooms share a nearby large bathroom that has two washbasins, a bath with a shower, a separate tiled shower, a toilet and a bidet.On the Ground floor a short corridor separates the bedrooms from the kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, copious crockery, cutlery and cooking implements. There is a patio/drying outside the back door. There are 2 comfortable foam filled seats that easily transform into extra beds for the bedrooms or living room increasing the villa's sleeping capacity to 8. The dining area has a dining table and chairs with a stocked wine rack (please use what you need and just replace with similar quality for the next guests when you leave). The sitting room has a wood burning fireplace, comfy seating, TV, VCR (with a selection of family tapes) a stereo system and a variety of board games.Fresh linen and towels are provided weekly. The pool is regularly and professionally maintained and a local company manages and maintains the property. The villa benefits from a layout that ensures that it is generally secluded. There is a lockable garage and a gated drive with a turning area giving secure off road parking.
