Situated near beach, our vacation apartment in Barcelona, Spain, is an ideal hideaway for you to enjoy a few days with your dear ones. A group of seven guests can comfortably sleep in this three bedroom retreat. The bedrooms have double bed, day bed and two double sofa sleepers. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes.
To keep you gathered over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms, our apartment has TV, satellite TV and DVD player. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. After a long day, you can also revel in the community pool. No pets please.
If you are an avid golfer, then staying at this apartment will give you easy access to world class golfing facilities and opportunities. A beautiful beach is just near by. Our apartment is also close to numerous restaurants, cafes and diners where you can enjoy and relish fine wining and dining. The shopping centers are also nearby for stocking up on supplies and vacation memorabilia.

Payments are made in euros. To confirm the booking must make a payment of 30% of the reservation, payment by bank transfer or pay pal.
The final payment must be made 60 days before arrival.
90 days before, will be refunded 20% of the total reservation.
61 days before, will be refunded 10% of the total reservation.
On arrival are payable in CASH: 50 euros final cleaning compulsory. 300 euros as a deposit, to be returned on departure after review of the apartment,Not allowed, the use of rent for filming and photo shoots.
