An impressive three bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished, ground floor apartment with a private garden situated in the exclusive Guardamar complex on the beach in Cambrils. The property sleeps 6 / 7 people in one double bedroom, one twin room and the third bedroom has bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge that leads out onto the patio and private garden... ideal to dine “alfresco” with a cool bottle of wine or cold beer. The complex is secure with a private access code. There is parking and an extensive green area with a large communal pool. The fabulous beach is only a few steps away and is perfect to enjoy both benefits of pool and beach. The apartment is built to a very high standard and has ceramic tiled flooring throughout. The complex itself could not be better maintained and located on the beach front offers everything you could want. There is also a 24 hour porter on-site. This property is ideal for the perfect family holiday. Bath, hand & beach towels are provided as well as bed linen, hairdryer, iron, kettle, etc.
