Offering excellent marine views, our vacation apartment in Empuriabrava, Spain, is an excellent hideaway to enjoy a weekend with your family or friends. Up to 10 vacationers can comfortably sleep in this three bedroom retreat. The bedrooms have a king-size bed and six twin beds. There is a double sofa sleeper. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.\r\n\r\n

For your entertainment, the living room of our vacation apartment has TV and DVD player. Your beloved pets are more than welcome at this pet friendly retreat. The terrace offers excellent marine views. This retreat is disability access as well. Superb wining and dining at nearby restaurants is just a short walk away. \r\n

30% bank transfer. Remainder in cash at the entrance. Final cleaning € 75. Sheets and towels-15 €/ person. Bond-300€.

For cancellations 1 month in advance will be refunded 50% of deposit. If you cancel less than one month deposit will be forfeited and shall pay 70% of the total rent.

The tenant is obligated to use the property without causing damage. Is aware that the property covered by this contract is only rented as temporary residence and rest.

You can not sub-let accommodation, must take all precautions against theft, fire, flood, damage from neighbors and the furniture in the apartment. The tenant must allocate accommodation only for the agreed purpose. Should not occupy the property by more people than those agreed in this contract. No animals will be allowed without express permission.

Silence must be observed between 24 pm and 8 pm. The lessee is responsible for the consequences that may result from your use of the property, including damage, injury, loss by fire, theft or other criminal activity may be attributed to misuse of the building and its contents.
