Within a few minutes walk you will find several supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, live music and shops, most of them situated in the thriving marina with a wide array of international restaurants and tapas bars giving the area a truly Spanish feel.

The E.C. Blue Flag beaches are just a 3 minutes walk away from the apartment complex and Estepona old town is also on the doorstep. Estepona golf is about four Kilometers away by car.\r\nThis clean and well maintained apartment, is comprehensively furnished and equipped with everything you require. Includes fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring cooker, oven grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, mixer, hair dryer, etc.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned / heated and has a private underground parking. The apartment complex has a big solarium, sauna, jacuzzi, concierge, security cameras 24h, lifts to all floors, gardens, 2 swimming pools (one for children) and children´s area. Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros.
A 50% confirmation deposit is required when booking (bank transfer). The remainder is payable in cash on arrival or bank transfer a week before arrival. A security deposit of EURO 500 cash is required on arrival, this will be released to you on your last day subject to no damage. A rental agreement is necessary.
Cancellation Policy
When notification of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received are refunded less a Euro 250 cancellation fee. All notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. When notification is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the full confirmation deposit is forfeited.
