The closest beaches are directly off the pedestrianised seafront. The beaches are sandy and the water is usually calm, thus ideal for families. Around the bay, there are different watersports on offer. Sunbeds and sunshades are available for rent on most sections of the beach.

The front door opens into a long hallway off which there are 2 twin bedrooms, which share a modern shower room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a laundry room/cloakroom. A staircase rises to the second floor of the apartment, where there is an open-plan living area with built-in kitchen. The kitchen comprises modern light oak units with granite work surfaces, with a run of units along one wall housing the oven and hob, while an independent island houses the sink and dishwasher and provides a breakfast bar. All the appliances are Bosch. The bathrooms have been fully renovated and equipped with high quality fittings. A back door leads via an exterior flight of stairs to the private roof terrace. This is the only access to the roof terrace. The terrace measures approx. 45sq.m. and has lovely views over the mountains, the town and the far side of the Bay of Pollensa can also be seen.

It is partly roofed, which provides areas of deep shade for shade seekers and bright sunshine for sun lovers. The roof also means the terrace can be used all year round. Teak dining furniture and a barbecue make it a comfortable and safe dining area.

50% deposit payable on confirmation of booking, 50% balance payable in cash in Euros on arrival at apartment. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to UK Building Society or Spanish bank or by cash deposit in UK Building Society account.

No smoking except on roof terrace. No pets (unless by prior arrangement).
