Wonderful and spacious apartment (120m2) about 200 meters from La Carihuela beach, situated in the middle of gardens area. Full equipped (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc...). In this area you find a lot of shops (supermarket), bus stop. Bed linen and towels included.

All rates are in Euros.
To book you have to effect a transfer between 100,-- or 200,--€ (depending the total amount) the bank account that I will communicate you in due time. The pending balance has to be paid cash at your arrival
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking 20 days before your arrival we will return you the deposit amount less the bank charges. Less than 20 days you loose the deposit.

As the apartment is situated in a community building, the rules of the community has to be followed. No noise after 22.00 p.m. It is absolutely forbidden to hang out dresses,linen,etc. on the balcony.
