The fabulous villa is close to the stunning hill top village of Begur, with its wide choice of restaurants and shops. The village is approx. 1km, while the property has its own private pool, there is a public pool and restaurant a short stroll away. The property has been built and furnished to a high standard and is an ideal rental property. This property is in a very private and quiet side road. The pool has a gated access from inside the house and also externally.
Entrance hall leading to large sitting and dining room with double doors leading to the terrace, small gate leading to the garden and pool area. Sitting room with TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, there is also a small kitchen table, door leads outside to large built in barbecue area. 2 twin bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs to large double bedroom with huge en-suite shower room, double doors to large terrace. Large double garage and off street parking.

Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros.
To confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit of the rental unless it is within 8 weeks of the holiday date when full payment is due. Payments can be made by major credit/debit cards, cheques or by Bank transfer (a 2% charge applies to balances paid on credit card).
You will be required to pay us a refundable damage indemnity: £120 for properties up to 2 bedrooms: £200 for properties 3 bedrooms or more, £250 for independent villas. The security deposit is held in the U.K. and can be made either as a cheque, which will not be banked but held with your paperwork, being returned to you when we have clearance from our Spanish office after your holiday, or alternatively we can hold your credit/debit card details.
Properties are available for your arrival from 16.00 and departure should be by 10.00. As long as we are advised prior to your holiday, arrangements will be made for clients arriving very late. Early arrivals can sometimes be accommodated, but this has to be by prior arrangement.
Most properties do not have air conditioning but if they do it will be indicated in the property description. However, in properties where air conditioning or heating is available extra charges will apply if they are used. These charges will vary depending on the size of the property and many will be charged on consumption where separate metering is installed.
