The large ground floor area consists of a lounge dining area with views out to the the swimming pool. From here, down two steps, is a separate living area with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a small bathroom with toilet and sink on this floor.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms with views to the pool. There is a double bedroom with doors that open out onto a private terrace. There are also two further well furnished twin bedrooms. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Each villa has a swimming pool with roman steps, and the pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area. There is also a barbecue and covered terrace. The washroom is to be found outside and this houses the washing machine. Private parking is also available at each villa for two cars.
