The apartment is located on the popular area of "Vistamar" within "Cumbre del Sol" and has terrific coastal views. Although the property is situated in a quiet residential area it is within easy reach of the town centre of Moraira with its fine sandy beaches and "chic" shops, bars and restaurants. If you are looking for theme parks or water parks these are only thirty minutes by car in the busy resort of Benidorm.

The property has a spacious main living room including comfortable seating, a separate dining area with satellite TV and a DVD player.(many sky channels available) There are two x double bedrooms plus a bedroom with a sofa bed. The lovely modern kitchen is well equipped and air conditioning can be found in the living room and downstairs master bedroom.

Arguably the best feature of the property its twenty sq metre sun terrace. This south facing terrace has "Al Fresco" dining facilities with two sun beds and an outside table and chairs looking out to sea with stunning views.

Within two minutes walk you will find the award-winning infinity pools. Golf, beaches, amenities and historic towns are less than fifteen minutes by car. This Quiet and relaxing area would be ideal for couples, families and small groups

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you will find tennis courts, golf course, scuba diving center and sailing school. Moraira is a pretty fishing village with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will be spoiled for a choice of bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront, past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach L'Ampolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including children's play area, restaurants, bar and various water sports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness. There is a weekly market & it is approx 30 mins drive to Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia.

Changeover day available any day of the week. The villa is available from 4.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on your day of departure.
Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.The balance is payable 8 weeks before start of rental period.
A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required with final balance, to be returned once a full villa inspection has been made.
Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or paypal (there will be an additional charge when paying by paypal of 3.5%).
Directions will be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be available on arrival at the villa.
The rental charges cover water, electricity, gas, pre arrival cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, hand towels & weekly pool maintenance.
Midstay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp
pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required.
payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
