This is not your usual Spanish holiday apartment. This is a luxury apartment, beautifully furnished with fantastic views.

It has everything you require from air-conditioning to jacuzzi bath and Satellite TV. The penthouse overlooks the pool complex, and up the valley full of vineyards to Manilva old town. The large terraces are equipped with sun loungers, comfortable seating area and gas barbecue with a large eight seaters table.

The large Luxury Apartment offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation thoughtfully laid out. The property is built to an extremely high standard and is beautifully furnished. For your entertainment, we have a Bang and Olufsen TV and a music system as well as Satellite.

We also have a good library of contemporary movie DVD's for you to watch. The entrance hall leads into a large living/dining room with three adjoining double bedrooms with large family bathroom and a separate shower room. The master bedroom boasts en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage.

DuquesaVillage is a private-gated community in a valley looking down to the sea in one direction and up to the vineyards of manilva in the other.

It is located about 55 minutes drive south from Malaga Airport or 20 minutes from Gibraltar. Jerez Airport is a 60 minute drive away.

All of the road access as from the airports to the community is by dual carriageway, and extremely easy to find.
