This delightful three-bedroom villa is located close to the small town of Alfas del Pi, and just 45 minutes drive north by motorway from Alicante airport.

The villa has stunning mountain and sea views, and is ideally situated for access to other local towns such as Altea, Albir, La Nucia and Polop. In addition, the larger resort of Benidorm is just 15 minutes away.This detached villa is set in very quiet residential area, and is ideal for a very relaxing holiday. The villa is not overlooked and has private, well-established gardens and a private pool terrace with outdoor hot and cold water shower.

The accommodation is all on one level offering three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. The open plan living area, with its lovely sea views, leads to an covered naya (terrace) with table and chairs for dining: access to an outside terrace ideal for morning coffee/light dining. The villa also has a washing machine for guest use.All the local towns have a traditional Mediterranean feel. Altea is well known for its palm-lined walkways, fishing port and marina, as well as atmospheric cobbled lanes with artisan shops and quality restaurants. La Nucia is well known for its regular Sunday market, whilst the Avenida Porvilla has some of the most beautiful views of the area, looking out over the “tossalets” (small rises) covered in pine and fruit trees.

A car is advisable to enjoy all this area has to offer, with several beaches within a 15-minute drive and other attractions including golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, mountain biking, walking and drives into the scenic surrounding mountains. Benidorm offers an alternative range of activities and nightlife, with the Aqualandia water park, the Terra Mitica theme park, and the Terra Natura animal park.Shopping facilities are numerous with supermarkets and weekly street markets in all local towns including Altea and Alfas del Pi, just 5 minutes drive away.
