PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Villa Bellavista stands in spacious grounds completely un-overlooked and with panoramic views of the countryside and Coin.
This villa has to offer a relaxing, quiet and special holidays.

EXTERIOR (POOL AND TERRACE)

Due to its unique position, BellaVista offers breathtaking views in all directions for dozens of kilometers over the hills of the south of Spain.
At the back electric gated entrance leads to plenty of parking. At the front there is a huge covered terrace and outdoor dining area overlooking the pool, opens terraces and amazing views.
The best place to be if it is hot is of course in and around the private pool(8x4)m.
At the night the patio and the swimming pool can be illuminated, so that it is possible to go for a midnight swim.
Outside there is too a large kitchen because in summer it is the most common thing here in Spain go straight from the pool to the dining table. This is because the Bella vista has an additional outside kitchen with barbecue, running water and a large worktop on the covered patio. During the summer this is the place to be until well past midnight. The house has its own well at a depth of 190 meters too.


INSIDE THE VILLA

Villa Bellavista offers space and comfort, inside the house there is two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with excellent beds and one large bathroom, plus a separate utility room and bathroom a few feet away from the house. The house is equipped with AIR-CONDITIONING in all rooms and living room, and WIRELESS INTERNET, just a few modern amenities that will make your holidays as comfortable as can be.
The living room has a 42’TFT TV, DVD/CD player, Sky, big sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs.
There is two double bedrooms with big size beds and one twin bedroom with two single beds that can easily be pushed together for couples, each room has air-con, internet and 22’TFT TV for your comfort and privacy.
The bathroom has a large shower, twin sinks and can be used as a main bathroom and/or ensuite to the master bedroom with two separate doors accessing it.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, such as (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, fridge, toaster, hob, etc…)


COMPLETE PRIVACY

Because Bellavista is situated on top of a hill it offers a complete privacy. The grounds belonging to it cover 1.000m2 which are completely fenced in and closed off by a gate with remote control.
In front of the house there is a large terrace surrounded by palm trees. The slopping hills around the house are covered with almond trees.
This unique spot guarantees complete privacy and the joy undisturbed rest.

LOCATION

Villa Bellavista is situated at 5 minutes drive south west of Coin. Coin is a beautiful and attractive town, and retains a strong Spanish feel with traditional bars, restaurants with a fantastic tapas and a Saturday market.
Coin is just a 30 minutes by car from Malaga Airport, the closest point of the Costa del sol is Marbella, and there you have the famous and luxury Puerto Banus, knowing of the nightlife, glamour and entertainment.
If you prefer a rural day spend out you have the Ronda which is 1.30h away, or el Pantane ¨El chorro¨ at 40 minutes, Monda at 10 minutes or Alhaurin el Grande at only 15 minutes away. You will find a very good Golf course within a short drive too.
There are lots more options for a day spend out at acceptable distance from the villa, like Granada with the famous ski Resort of Sierra Nevada or Gibraltar at 2 hours driving.

ONCE ARRIVED TO THE AIRPORT

• Keep going straight from the Airport to Avenida de Velazquez
• Take the ramp onto Av de Velázquez/N-340 direction Malaga
• Take the E-15/A-7 ramp to Antequera/Sevilla/Granada/Motril

• Take the exit toward Autovía del Guadalhorce/A-357

• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for A-357/Cartama and merge onto Autovía del Guadalhorce/A-357 (keep on this Road for 21.5 Km)

• Take the exit Villafranco del Guadalhorce

• At the roundabout, take the 5th exit toward A-357/Málaga/Villafranco de Guadalhorce

• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and follow the road for 8.3 km

• Continue straight onto A-355 for 6.7km

• Take the exit toward A-355

• Turn right at A-355

• Continue onto A-7102

• Continue onto Ctra de Marbella

NOTES:

We are so happy that you book your holidays with us that a WELCOME PACK will be provided with bottles of WINE and GHAMPAGNE completely FREE.
You might need to arrange a hire car independently and there are many companies with offices inside/outside at Malaga airport.

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and are changed at the end of each week of your stay. Please bring your own beach and pool towels with you. Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request.
If any further maid service is needed then it can be arranged at an extra costs of 10€ p/h. Check-in is from 14.00 p.m on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m on the day of departure.

The prices shown above are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity,meet and greet in coin, exchange keys and show you around the property, linen, cleaning etc.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, followed by full payment at least 4 weeks before your arrival.
We also ask for 150€ deposit wich is refundable on inspection of the property at the end of your stay.
